Hypnotherapy for Anxiety and Depression in Teenagers with Rosamond Lloyd
Being a teenager has always brought with it a degree of worry, anxiety and confusion.
However, today’s environment of mobile phones and social media has made life far more challenging.
It’s a time of life when so many changes are happening both physically and emotionally. This is added to by the stresses and strains of everyday life including: exam stress, peer pressure, sibling rivalry or simply feeling that they don’t ‘fit in’. Life can be tough.
Hypnotherapy is a gentle but very powerful approach to helping teenagers to release deep rooted negative beliefs which may have developed into anxiety and depression.
These negative beliefs can lead to insecurities which can then manifest themselves in bad habits such as: nail biting; tics or hair pulling; loss of self esteem or confidence; or relationship difficulties with peers and family. Anxiety and depression are becoming an increasing reality for many teenagers.
Hypnotherapy can provide an opportunity for teenagers to challenge and constructively address issues in a safe, natural way that makes sense to them.
