Using Hypnotherapy I can guide you into a deep state of relaxation where I can bypass your conscious mind and access your subconscious.
It is this area of your mind that in your deep state of relaxation will accept new thought patterns.
It will accept suggestions such as ‘I do not want a cigarette’ or ‘I am repelled by the smell of cigarette smoke’.
I will also teach you various tools and techniques to practise at home.
